  From start to finish, this office has been so kind, helpful, professional, and excellent at what they do! Alexis at the reception desk was very responsive with calls and emails to not only set up the appointments needed but also help me receive the appropriate paperwork, insurance information, and whatever else was needed to make things go smoothly. She is very polite and patient because I had lots of questions. As for the procedure: Dr. Shen has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel completely comfortable during the consultation appointment and the procedure itself. There were no complications and all parts of my experience were positive. A follow up appointment with the assistants Maricel and Adrianna was very pleasant and the review of my situation by Dr. Wei was very nice. Overall, this is such a wonderful office and I'm so grateful to have found it!!!
